Beginning in  late 2019, NNDC and INHP will embark on another round of construction and sales, with plans for another 11 new homes in the neighborhood.  Interested buyers can chose one of the "spec homes" already underway, or select from a portfolio of floor plans and customized their new home's interior & exterior colors, cabinets, counter tops, and flooring, fixtures, and other finishes.  New home prices start at $128,000, including the lot and a 2-car garage.  3 and 4 bedroom plans are available, all have master BR suites with full baths and walk-in closets, and come with high-efficiency furnace & water heater and all kitchen appliances.  There's even closing cost assistance built into the price!
