About Us

Our Roots

Founded in 1977, Near North Development Corporation has partnered with local businesses to foster economic growth, neighborhood revitalization, and community well-being in the Meridian Corridor area, which spans from 38th Street to I-65. Our initiatives include zoning enforcement, industrial development, housing projects, and beautification efforts to uplift residents and revitalize the community.
